Futsol is a football-inspired lifestyle brand strategically positioned to capture an untapped market by blending football culture with fashion and streetwear.
They are seeking a part-time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to establish and execute the foundations of Futsol’s digital marketing mix. This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that align with the brand’s vision and growth plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading culturally impactful and commercially successful marketing initiatives, building strong brand presence, and driving measurable results within lifestyle or fashion-focused sectors.
• Developing a holistic digital marketing strategy encompassing paid, earned, and owned media specifically around the launch of our SS25 collection in March 2025.
• Leading the planning and execution of campaigns that bolster brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Building and managing key partnerships and collaborations to elevate the brand.
• Analysing performance metrics to refine strategies for optimal results.

• Raise Brand Awareness: Expand Futsol's visibility beyond existing partnerships and media coverage to solidify its position as the premier football-lifestyle brand.
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Craft and execute marketing strategies that attract new customers and foster loyalty among existing ones, leveraging engaging content, experiential events, and limited product releases.
• Foundations for Growth and Scaling: Lay the groundwork for scalable growth, focusing on selective wholesale expansion, performance-driven marketing, and high-value strategic partnerships.
• Marketing Strategy Execution: Deploy a multifaceted approach combining digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and experiential campaigns to effectively engage and expand the target audience.
• Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with Futsol's brand ethos, enhancing its reputation and reach within the football and fashion communities.
